The Orasio Simplified Joint Stock Company (hereinafter Orasio and as defined in article 1) operating under the Orasio brand, develops next-generation artificial intelligence services applied to video for its future customers (hereinafter “You” or “Users”) for its future customers (hereinafter “You” or “Users”) and informs them about its services through its site www.orasio.com.
In order to offer for sale, sell and deliver its solutions, Orasio collects personal data from users and customers of its site.
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the orasio.com site of the means used to collect, consult, process and store users' personal data. The version of the policy in force is the one appearing on the orasio.com site at the time the user contacts us for more information or to request access to a demonstration of Orasio services.
Orasio is committed to complying with the provisions of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of personal data.

2- Collection of personal data
The use of the orasio.com site involves the collection and processing of various types of personal data.
The personal data that may be collected are as follows:
- user data: namely the data that the user enters when requesting a demonstration of Orasio services using a contact form (first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, company),
- data relating to navigation: refers to the data that the publisher collects during the User's navigation on the Site such as in particular the date, time of connection and/or navigation, the type of browser, the language of the browser, the language of the browser, its IP address, its IP address, location data and geolocation.

In order to answer them, you have an insert to specify your request. If, to explain your situation, you need to give Orasio personal information, we ask you to provide us with what is strictly necessary.
The communication of this personal data is mandatory for Orasio to be able to respond to your request. This data is kept until your request is processed or in the event of withdrawal of your consent.
If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data in order to respond to your request, your name, surname and email address will no longer be used and will be deleted.
Any sending of a contact form by the orasio.com site is subject to your prior acceptance of the Policy by checking the box “I have read and accept the privacy policy”. By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this policy fully and completely.
For requests to demonstrate Orasio services, this use is allowed after obtaining your consent.
The communication of this personal data is mandatory so that Orasio can agree with you on the methods of the demonstration.
This data is kept until your request is processed or in the event of withdrawal of your consent.
If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data in order to respond to your demo request, your name, surname, email address and telephone number will no longer be used and will be deleted.
Orasio is the only recipient of your personal data.
For the administration of the website and the fight against fraud, personal data (cookies) to update and enrich the orasio.com site and to fight against fraud on the Internet can be used.
Orasio does not share any personal data for commercial purposes with third parties.
The User has the option to modify his personal data and withdraw his consent at any time by contacting Orasio (contact@orasio.com).
4- Users' rights to their personal data
In accordance with articles 14 to 22 of Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, any natural person using the orasio.com website has the right to exercise the following rights:
- a right to access, rectify and delete the data collected,
- a right to oppose the processing of your data or a right to withdraw your consent,
- a right to the limitation of processing,
- a right to the portability of the data collected.

5- Data retention period
Your data will not be kept beyond the period strictly necessary for the purposes pursued as set out above and in accordance with applicable regulations and laws. User data is deleted when the retention periods expire. However, the data may be archived beyond the periods provided for the purposes of research, identification, and prosecution of criminal offenses for the sole purpose of allowing, as required, the provision of this data to the judicial authority.
6- Security measures for the personal data collected
As data controller, Orasio undertakes to take all useful precautions in order to preserve the security and confidentiality of data and in particular, to prevent them from being altered, deformed or from being accessed by unauthorized third parties.
All data is hosted in Europe. No transfer of personal data will be carried out outside the European Economic Area.
7- Cookies
When browsing the website, information relating to the navigation of the user's terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) may be recorded through files called “Cookies”.
